Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 7+ days before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund minus non-recoverable ticketing costs, if any.
Cancellations made 3–6 days before the tour receive a 50% refund on service components; timed-entry ticket portions may be non-refundable.
Cancellations within 72 hours of tour start and no-shows are non-refundable due to fixed staffing and entry allocations.
Terms of Service & Booking Conditions
All bookings require written confirmation. Reservation is secured upon receipt of payment according to the agreed schedule.
Guests are responsible for arriving at the stated meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure.
Monument access and route order may be adjusted due to authority directives, liturgical events, strikes, or force majeure circumstances.

We collect only the information needed to manage inquiries, reservations, and operational communication. Data is handled securely and is never sold to third parties.

- Vatican dress code applies for Basilica access (covered shoulders and knees).
